Hilton Kuala Lumpur wins three awards in one month

The
Hilton Hotel Kuala Lumpur has already won three awards this month, starting with
Best Hotel in the Hotel Development Category at the Malaysian Property Awards,
Best New Business Hotel in the World at the Business Traveller Awards in London
and Best Business Hotel in Kuala Lumpur at the 2006 Business Traveller
Asia-Pacific Reader Survey.
Paul Hutton, Hilton Kuala Lumpur General Manager said, “These awards are a
testimony of Hilton Kuala Lumpur’s unwavering commitment to the highest levels
of service towards our guests and will continue to drive us to service
excellence.”
The ball started rolling on the 4th of September 2006 during the Malaysian
Property Awards. Entrants into this award category were short-listed by senior
executives from real-estate related companies based on architecture, project
management, design concept, environmental impact and landscaping. Mr. Kikuchi
Akira, Daisho Asia Development Malaysia Executive Director accepted the Best
Hotel award on behalf of the hotel.
In London on the 11th of September, it was a night for celebration at the
2006 Business Traveller Awards held at sister hotel Hilton Park Lane. These
awards, recognised as the premier honours in the business travel industry, were
presented by astronaut Buzz Aldrin. Mr Michael Shepherd, Hilton Park Lane
General Manager received the Best New Hotel in the World award on behalf of
Hilton Kuala Lumpur.
And rounding up the last award in the collection was the 2006 Business
Traveller Asia-Pacific reader survey ceremony held at the Conrad Hong Kong.
Halfway into the month, on the 15th of September Hilton Kuala Lumpur won its
third award that month in the category for Best Business Hotel in Kuala Lumpur. |
