NEW YEAR’S EVE CELEBRATION PARTY (Clock
Tower)
Countdown to the New Year in style with champagne, fine
entertainment and fabulous company! Dance the night away at the Lobby of
Orchard Hotel where a live band will perform by the magnificent Clock Tower
(the only hotel in Singapore to house one!). The signature clock tower
centerpiece in the lobby will be the picture perfect backdrop, made more
spectacular with a balloon drop of hundreds of balloons coming down at the
strike of midnight to usher in the New Year! The New Year’s Eve
Celebration Party is from 9:00pm at $25 nett per person
(includes first drink and party novelties) at the Lobby or at $40 per adult
(includes light snacks, first drink and party novelties), $20.00 per child
at the La Terrasse.
ORCHARD CAFÉ (Lobby Level)
At Orchard Cafe, a New Year Celebration Buffet
featuring an extensive selection of cold Appetizers, Soups, Main Dishes,
various Carving Stations, Live Action Stations, Cheese Bar and Desserts will
be offered. The menu features “Live” Lobsters, Fresh Oysters, superb Salmon
and Tuna Sashimi, Braised Shark’s Fin Soup, Roast Whole Lamb, Black Pepper
Crabs, Braised Johor Hokkien Mee, as well as our signature Taiwan Porridge
spread with Braised Pork Belly, Chinese Bun and other accompaniments.
Available at the Dessert buffet is a selection of festive traditional
pastries and an ice-cream bar. A freshly brewed cup of coffee or tea is the
perfect way to round off this wonderful meal.
The New Year’s Eve Celebration Buffet
is served from 12pm – 3:00pm at $42 or per adult, $23 per child for
lunch and from 6:00pm - 10:30pm at $85 per adult, $44.50 per child
for dinner.
New Year’s Day Celebration Brunchis
from 11:30am – 3:00pm at $65 (add $30 for free flow of Champagne)
per adult, $34.50 per child.
New Year’s Day Celebration Buffet Dinner
is served from 6:00pm - 10:30pm at $55 per adult, $29.50 per child.
HUA TING RESTAURANT (Level 2)
At the award-winning Hua Ting Restaurant,
Special New Year’s Eve and Day Celebration Set Menus featuring
Cantonese gourmet fare will be served for lunch from 11:30am - 2:30pm
and dinner from 6:30pm - 10:30pm at $88 or $98 per person (minimum
2 persons) or $888 (with a bottle of Champagne) for 10 persons.
LA TERRASSE (Level 2)
Enjoy festive tete-a-tete in the elegant surroundings of the La Terrasse and
savour delicious buffet of Fine Chocolates, Freshly Baked Pastries, Assorted
Sandwiches, Cookies and Local Delights, accompanied by Coffee or Tea.
Celebration Afternoon Tea is available from 31
December 2005 to 2 January 2006 from 1:00pm to 5:00pm
at $35 per adult, $19.50 per child.
INTERMEZZO BAR (Lobby Level)
Merry-makers can soak in the festivities at Intermezzo
Bar. Our resident band will certainly jazz up your party with dynamic
performances. Cheers to the season with our Celebration Cocktails!
On New Year’s Eve, all guests will receive party hats and
festive novelties.

Celebration Countdown Party Package at $208 which
includes 1-nite stay in a Deluxe Room, Buffet Breakfast for 2 at Orchard
Café, New Year’s Eve Countdown Party for 2 persons and festive novelties.
Additional night at $138.
Celebration In Suite – Special Presidential Package
available to one couple only at $1,488 which includes 1-nite stay for 2
persons in Presidential Suite, Cocktail Party with 5-course Dinner for 6
persons, Champagne Countdown for 6 persons at midnight, Buffet Lunch for 2
at Orchard Café on New Year’s Day.
